Welcome to ReMAP, an advanced role-based performance and management platform, developed and
managed by Digitalness, headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using ReMAP, you agree
to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Service
ReMAP is a customizable, integration-based software platform that enables businesses to manage
roles, teams, and performance across departments such as sales, telecalling, admin, HR, and
management.
We offer flexible configurations and integrations tailored to your business needs, and new
features can be added on request with additional development charges.
2. Customization & Charges
ReMAP is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We provide custom features and modules as per client
requirements.
Any feature enhancements, third-party integrations, or major modifications are treated as paid
services and will be quoted and charged accordingly.
The base platform includes essential modules. Further customizations are optional and billed
separately.
3. User Accounts & Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their admin and user login
credentials.
Each organization must ensure that access is granted only to authorized users.
Misuse of access or credentials may lead to termination of services.
4. Data Ownership & Confidentiality
All data input by the client remains the property of the client.
We do not claim ownership of your internal data and maintain strict confidentiality.
Digitalness and ReMAP will never sell or misuse your data.
5. Third-Party Integrations
ReMAP may include integration with third-party tools (e.g., SMS gateways, email providers,
telephony, CRMs).
The client is responsible for any third-party service fees, and integration is done only with
client authorization.
We do not take responsibility for the performance of external services.
6. Support & Maintenance
Basic support is available during standard working hours (Monday to Saturday).
Extended support, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), or dedicated SLAs can be discussed and
contracted separately.
Feature updates and bug fixes are rolled out periodically.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Services are misused or used for illegal activities
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled
- Terms are violated
Clients may terminate services by providing written notice. Upon termination, client data will be
retained for a specified period and then permanently deleted unless otherwise agreed.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment for custom modules, integrations, or feature additions must be made in advance or as per
the mutually agreed milestone plan.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or partially delivered.
Subscription or usage fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
ReMAP and Digitalness are not liable for:
- Loss of business or profits due to downtime, misuse, or third-party failures
- Data loss resulting from user error or unauthorized access
- Delays caused by client-side systems, internet issues, or external APIs
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
